We recommend that you start in the Four Baskets Digital Course Companion. This is a self-guided online course that walks you through the Four Baskets and offers journal prompts and other exercises to begin to Reveal your what your Four Baskets hold. You will also have access to the full four-step, Four Baskets Healing Process in this course. It is important to us that you have all the tools for self-awareness and transformation available at your fingertips. If at any time you need more support, you can schedule a session with a certified Four Baskets Facilitator.

How can I learn about the Four Baskets in person?

Check our Courses page for a listing of all upcoming Four Baskets Workshops and Retreats. Find a Facilitator in your area Or Contact Us if you would like to host a workshop in your area.

Do I need to do the online course before attending a workshop or retreat?

No, you do not need to complete the Four Baskets Digital Course Companion before attending a workshop or retreat. When you register for the workshop or retreat, you will also receive access to the Digital Course Companion. You can then access the online course material any time you wish- before or after your in-person course. You can also journey solely through the online course, attending an in-person workshop is not necessary, although it can be very helpful.

How long will I have access to the Four Baskets Digital Course after purchase?

You will have access to the online course material indefinitely, there is no time limit.

How can I become a Four Baskets Facilitator?

The pre-requisites for Level 1 Facilitator training are: complete the Four Baskets Digital Course Companion and at least 1 private session with a certified Four Baskets Facilitator. Level 1 training course is 4 months long and is offered once or twice per year.

Level 1 certification allows you to lead Four Baskets Introductory workshops and private sessions to support others Four Baskets journey.

Level 2 Facilitator training is coming soon. A certified Level 2 Facilitator will also be trained in supporting Four Baskets deepening experiences such as how to support parents with children’s Four Baskets healing process, Red Thread ancestry work, and supporting Four Baskets during Pregnancy.

What if I don’t know anything about my birth?

This process is for you. Through the Four Baskets Digital Course, Workshop or Retreat you will discover tools for how to unlock access to your earliest experiences, which are encoded in your body and psyche and express themselves through the repeated patterns of our lives.
