Facilitator Training

  • Four Baskets Facilitator Training involves:

    Blend of self-guided study, group sessions on Zoom, and private sessions with Catherine over a 4-month period

    All course material provided with the exception of recommended reading

    Opportunity to attend a Four Baskets Retreat at the conclusion of training (you only pay travel & accommodations)

Facilitator Training includes

  • 8 Live, Virtual Group Classes

    We will meet as a group twice a month for four months via Zoom. Once registration for the current cohort is complete, the group will select the best days and time to meet that works for all.

    ~ 5 hours/ month (2.5 hrs every other week)

  • Self-Guided Study

    Each month the course will be loaded with at-home study materials. You will receive the required and recommended reading list upon registration so that you can begin as soon as you like.

    ~ 4-6 hours/week

  • 1 x 1 Mentor Sessions

    You will have the opportunity to schedule up to 4 personal mentor sessions with Catherine throughout the training.

    ~1.5 hours/ month

  • Final Project

    In order to complete the certification process, participants will need to complete a monthly quiz and a final project.

    Final Project is a presentation on a Four Baskets topic of your choice, presented to the group.

    Training is ~ 108 hours total

    students should expect to dedicate a minimum of 6 hours/week

After Completion

Four Baskets Facilitator Certificate of Completion will be awarded after full completion of all training requirements.

This will allow you to

  • be listed on our Find a Facilitator page

  • lead 4-hour Four Baskets Workshops & 1-hour Intro to Four Baskets Presentations

  • offer private sessions to assist navigation through Four Baskets

  • receive support materials including PowerPoint presentation slides, logo and graphic materials to promote your workshops, and exercise handouts to use with your clients.
