The Four Baskets is a supported journey of self-discovery that brings awareness to our earliest experiences in the womb and birth - a time that is often veiled in mystery and chalked up to being forgotten, but this is far from the truth.

Our earliest experiences are encoded within us and we can learn ways to unlock access and return to our blueprint of wholeness.

This work invites us to gently explore our own origins—physically, emotionally, spiritually— providing a path of remembering, healing, and reintegrating to restore the threads of connection between our inner and outer worlds.
